Individual reservations are made and confirmed by sending an email or a fax with a written reservation confirmation along with a credit card number with an expiry date.

Cancellation Policy:
- three days prior to arrival date, if the reservation was made four or more days prior to the confirmed arrival date
- until 6 p.m. on the arrival day, if the reservation  was made within three days prior to the arrival date.

Non-guaranteed phone reservations, made within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be cancelled automatically after 6.00 p.m. on the first day of reservation. If you plan to check-in at the hotel after 6 p.m., please advise us of your expected arrival time.

The Hotel reserves the right to charge Guests with amount of the full night’s accommodation in the event of failure to meet the above conditions or a nonarrival.

Reservation and cancellation conditions for more than 5 guest rooms are arranged on an individual basis.

For children under 14 years of age  an extra bed can be provided in deluxe double rooms and suites. The Hotel provides a playpen by prior appointment. At-a-charge child care can be arranged at a moment’s notice, also by prior appointment.

The Hotel accepts small pet animals at no charge.
Animals are not allowed in the Copernicus Restaurant.

Luxury car transport to any destination can be arranged at a charge.
