The Noble Concierge Recommendation for the Copernicus Restaurant During this year’s second edition of the Culinary Wine & Food Noble Night Festival the Copernicus restaurant has been awarded first place in the “main dish” category - for the Guinea fowl breast in sweet sauce with artichoke. The Copernicus Restaurant is open from 12.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. from 11.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m. room-service is available for Hotel Guests.
