The Noble Concierge Recommendation for the Copernicus Restaurant  
During this year’s second edition of the Culinary Wine & Food Noble Night Festival the Copernicus restaurant has been awarded first place in the “main dish” category - for the Guinea fowl breast in sweet sauce with artichoke. Restaurant also receive Noble Concierge Recommendation for year 2009.

Awards for the Copernicus Restaurant:
2004, 2003 – highest distinction awarded by the acclaimed Pascal publishing house, publisher of the Hotels and Restaurants in Poland guide (Hotele i Restauracje w Polsce); category: “Culinary Establishment with a Unique Atmosphere”.

2003 – winner of the Newsweek Polska ranking for “Best Culinary Establishment”, “Best Cuisine” and “Best Service” in 2003.

The Copernicus Restaurant is open from 12.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. from 11.00 p.m. and 7.00  a.m. room-service is available for Hotel Guests.
