RESTAURANT DESCRIPTION
The Copernicus Restaurant is noted for genuine frescos and renaissance ceilings that grace an elegant interior. This is the place where the most discerning palates can savour the traditional Polish aristocratic cuisine with exquisite seasonally changed menu. Also of note is an impressive collection of over 200 varieties of wine in the Hotel’s wine bar (Vinoteka), a café on the patio covered with a glass roof and an open-air bar on the rooftop terrace, open exclusively for hotel guests, that offers an unmatched view of Royal Wawel Castle.

The Hotel’s gothic walls house one of Poland’s classiest restaurants. Its exquisite cuisine and discreet staff won appreciation of Nobel Prize-winning poets – Czesław Miłosz and Wisława Szymborska – as well as distinguished politicians such as Vaclav Havel and Helmut Kohl.

The Copernicus Restaurant is an ideal setting for lunches, dinners, business meetings, family reunions or wine-tasting events.

On Friday and Saturday evenings live piano entertainment is provided.
