End of the XIX century in Russia. Stawrogin, a man who defies all the norms, is trying to escape the devil’s spell with a help of an exorcist. The play combines the tradition of the medieval plays with a formula of a modern thriller. Unusual staging, team of young artists, and a performing live choir Woskresinnie makes this play an experience with a spiritual dimension.

“Romeo and Juliet” by W. Shakespeare

Directed by: A. Duda-Gracz, casting: Anna Polony, Kamila Baar/Izabela Noszczyk, Aldona Grochal/Katarzyna Gniewkowska.
The play directed by Agata Duda-Gracz get both: appreciation from the public and the critics, and on the other hand causes a lot of controversies. What interests the creators of the Krakow play is a question about true love confronted with love that is an archetype and mythologized. Images of emotions, thunders of passions which the Shakespeare’s play is filled with, are distributed among the infiltrating characters – couples of lovers, brought to their existence at the last spark of life of Juliet, matured to love right before her death.

“Happy Days” by Samuel Beckett

This play, one of the most famous dramas by Beckett, has been prepared by STU theatre for the Beckett Year. Winni and Willi, the singer and her accompanist, is a couple for better or worse.

„Mousetrap” by Agatha Christie
